Karen Duffy: LMT
Karen is a Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Doula, and Clinical Hypnotherapist.
"I first had the dream to open Lotus of Light and start my healing practice in early 2005; in December of 2006 this dream came true. As the years have passed I have watched Lotus of Light as it has expanded into a co-operative healing center complete with yoga, pre-natal counsel, acupuncture and so much more. I am grateful for all of the lessons I have learned and the abundance of support from friends and family (you know who you ALL are) that I have had over the years. I know that the future will be bright and full of many wonderful connections and accomplishments. "
As a licensed massage therapist I apply a variety of scientifically developed massage techniques to the soft tissue of the body to improve muscle tone and circulation. My philosophy towards my massage work is to enhance well-being, reduce the physical and mental effects of stress and tension, prevent disease, restore health, all the while, giving emotional and spiritual support to the whole-self.
Trained under Jessica Miller and The International Center for Reiki Training and the Usui Shiki Royoh ~ Tebetian system of Reiki, I have been a practicing Reiki Master since 2005 and use a unique way of using Reiki with the use of crystals, aromatherapy and meditation.
I am also the Co-Host of a weekly, local internet radio show called Global Wellness Naturally which can be heard on KSGVradio.com. On the show we tackle many of today’s top issues surrounding health and wellness of the planet and the body.

L. Xochitl Avalos, ATP® I am a 5th generation clairvoyant and began living my spiritual life in 2003. In 2006, I became an ANGEL THERAPY PRACTITIONER® and in 2007 became a certified Medium®, by Dr. Doreen Virtue. I continue to take workshops, read books and any other method to enhance my abilities and help my clients. I offer different types of workshops for spiritually minded people. I offer classes for young girls who are having self-esteem issues and give them tools to help them for the rest of their lives. I also do basic Angels 101 workshops and any other new topics the angels would like me to relay to a given audience. One-on-one readings are, not limited to, messages from one's angels. This entails communication with one’s angels and may as well include messages from loved ones that have passed on. These messages are only Positive and LOVING, and they are messages of Guidance only! If needed, I do chakra clearings and cutting chords during these sessions. These messages are soley of love to heal and relieve any concerns, worries and problems a person is having. I believe that we are all magnificent spiritual beings full of light and love. We are here to learn many lessons and when life becomes difficult, we forget to call on our Angels to help and guide us through. Roberta Stanley Roberta is an intuitive healer trained in crystal healing, energy healing, theta healing, and does intuitive readings for people or their pets. She teaches a healing class and a veggie class as well as conducting a weekly Healing Meditation. Roberta creates a safe space for healing with Love and Light. “It is such a blessing to work with the healing vibration, truly bliss”.

Cindy has been in the nursing field for more than 30 years. She is a Licensed Vocational Nurse and a Certified Lactation Counselor. Some of her favorite years were those spent working in labor and delivery, postpartum, and the newborn nursery. For 3 years she served as the Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program Director in Truckee, CA.
