It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. This session incorporates the use of crystals and aromatherapy as you are guided through a contemplative meditation leaving you with a feeling of deep relaxation and bliss.
