Reiki is one of the greatest blessings on the planet, an easy, effective way for us all to bring more health, joy, and sparkle into our lives by activating the healing potential of the hands and spirit. While every Reiki teacher is teaching Reiki, each has their own style. Jessica tries to explain Reiki in a clear non-dogmatic way to students of all levels, ages and backgrounds. her classes are informal, exceptionally informative and fun. All are welcome, whether you are a Reiki Master or just want to check it out. Come explore and receive a mini attunement, and play with us.

Come meet Cindy Harding, L.V.N., C.L.C with BestFed Breastfeeding Center, every Thursday from 12:30-2:00pm as she hosts this great support group for breastfeeding moms. Meet other mommy and babies, share stories, and receive helpful information and tips about breastfeeding your baby. Cindy will also have an infant weighing scale so you can weigh your little one before and after you feed her, to ensure just how much Mommies Milk she is getting. Reservations are not necessary but always helpful. The group is free however Donations are graciously accepted.

You will experience a sonic massage created by the resonant sound and harmonies of 7 Crystal Singing Bowls and sacred Tibetan instruments, to awaken and balance the 7 major energy centers or Chakras. We will follow with guided group meditation, various discussion topics regarding personal ascension and spiritual growth, intuitive guidance, and energetic healing and attunements.
